METHODOLOGY

Methodology

How Jadeo computes brand visibility scores — data sources, question sets, model coverage, and update cadence. Transparent, evidence-backed, no black-box scoring.

What Jadeo tracks

Brand visibility in AI answers: how often your brand appears, how it is described, which competitors are mentioned alongside, and whether models recommend your brand over alternatives.

Question sets

Jadeo generates standardised questions across brand, category and competitor dimensions. A typical run covers 50 questions across multiple active AI models.

Data collection

Model outputs are collected programmatically from active AI providers. Every response is timestamped, versioned and linked to a specific question and model version.

Citation handling

Every visibility score, citation share and recommendation rate links back to the specific AI response and source domain. No score exists without a trail.

Visibility scoring

Scores are computed from the presence, position and frequency of brand mentions across the question set. Competitive benchmarking uses the same questions across all tracked brands.

Update cadence

Monitoring runs execute on a configurable schedule. Default cadence is weekly for active brands. Historical results are retained for trend comparison.

Model limitations

AI model outputs vary by provider, version and prompt context. Jadeo scores represent the state of specific AI models at specific points in time — not absolute truth about brand performance.

Sample vs real data

Dashboard previews on this site use illustrative sample data. Real monitoring results are only available through authenticated workspaces with verifiable evidence trails.
